On a recent overcast, sleepy Monday morning, I had the opportunity to hang with and photograph Canyon Coffee founders Ally Walsh and Casey Wojtalewicz for Parachute Home, and the combination of their energy as a go-getting couple and the delicious cup of joe they poured for me was the perfect kickstart to my week. For those re-entering reality after what some refer to as the last weekend of summer, might I suggest Ally and Casey's brews as a daily pick-me-up? Their passion for this new venture is only surpassed by their adoration and respect for one another, and I can personally attest that Canyon Coffee is made with nothing but thoughtfulness and love.
